Emotional healing is one of the best forms of healing which helps to bring balance of the mind, body, and soul and ultimately leads to transformational changes within one's life. Why are we told it is bad to be emotional or to suppress how we feel on the inside which causes us to judge the world from our own perspective instead of allowing us to love and understand all aspects of ourselves so that we can understand others. Also because we suppress our true feelings we house these feelings within our muscles such as our back, neck, shoulders that houses stress which makes us feel the weight of the world is on our backs because we have so much responsibilities could this be the reason we are not meeting our own and others expectations which makes us feel angry, frustrated, and restricted within our lives and ultimately affects us living a balanced lifestyle. I have been on spiritual journey for the past six years and I am relearning things about not only myself but others by thinking as child who wants to learn, be adventurous, emotional, but most of learning to love and understand others not from my perspective but from understanding their needs.
I am back in India again and last year opened my eyes about not only myself and others. This time I am learning how to actually help people who are on a healing journey through touch and gaining the relief to find freedom to embrace themselves emotionally. So far I am unloading a lot of toxins within my body, mind, and soul. The healing massage that I learnt is an effective treatment. It only works if you are open to becoming aware that you need this treatment on your healing journey . Some people might have a headache, or use the bathroom alot, or have emotional release. Also last year I learnt that you can use bad emotions such as anger and turn that into something positive as passion. In the next few weeks I will be launching the Sunchon Wellness Emotional Healing and Meditation Retreats.
